Major positive (or positives) from yesterday

Ben Mansford's programme notes. He really should do more of these because they were excellent and did exactly what I've been asking for for years which was to keep fans up to date with the things that are happening off the field to improve the experience for the fans.

Brilliant to hear that there is progress on the scoreboard, that we will finally be getting new sound system and TV's in the concourses, an update on the ponty end bar (which should now be open) and that finally after 20 years somebody has realised that that new signage is needed in the stands.

On a slightly related note to the signage, does anybody know anything about the little club shop in the east stand? The programme sellers appear to have been kicked out and the club shop sign above the door has been replaced by a doyle security sign. Surely they can't have turned it into some kind of security office can they?

 

He seems to be a good chief exec and is trying to improve things on and off the pitch .
