    There won't be a united kingdom soon IMO, according to BBC news items most Scots and Welsh don't want to leave EU stating they would rather be run by Europe than England.

    Wouldn't be so sure ..Plaid Cymru are not that strong a force in Wales , and as for Scotland this referendum has no bearing on the policy of the Scot Nats...their policy is for leaving the UK..come what may...the only thing it may do though is to give a reason to hold another referendum sooner rather than later.

    The Scots and Welsh have done very well out of Europe as far as investment and grants have been concerned , a lot more than the South East loving Westminster (Blue or red) were ever prepared to supply.lots of projects up north also which we would never have had .
    In fact we would still be looking at Muck Stacks and derelict steelworks if it had been left to them.

    I said most Scots and welsh as reffered to by BBC ,your saying us, so is that us as in leaving or us as in staying ? .
    I don't think even the best of polls can even guess at what the English vote would be.

    I'm not keen on this philosophy that Europe saves us from the government that we vote for.

    Is the idea that we vote for who we think should run the country, then we have to send money to Europe so that they can distribute it far more sensibly than those we have voted in?

    Not ideal but yep that's pretty much how its been.
    The south east have a fantastic transport system ,which NY the way I'm very proud to have contributed to even though I'm struggling to get a train to Donny quicker than walking .
