Just looking at the BBC stats, an hour in City 2-0 up with 82% possession!

I watched it. It was tough to watch. Sheff Utd offered nowt but City nowhere near their best currently & couldn’t punish them.

I've been watching this game. Yes City are very good at what they do but sometimes it's like watching paint dry. They know how to run the game at their speed but it can be tedious.
If only they upped the tempo they'd destroy everyone in sight.

Still a great side but not as potent this season without Mahrez n Gundoyan(de bruyne is an obv miss)

I’d suggest missing the best playmaker in the world in De Bruyne and the best number 9 in the world in Haaland to injury simultaneously might take a few goals out of any team.

Still fancy them for the league tbh. They aren’t that far away from Liverpool at the top, after a very dodgy run by their standards - with De Bruyne back from injury, unused sub today, and Haaland not far away either.

They're only 2 points off top despite their dodgy run.
We are still 7th despite our excellent December run of W3, D2.
Everyone keeps banging on about what an easy league this is this season and how we should be walking it. By the same logic the Premier League must be an absolute doddle this year.
    I think. :p

It amazes me how that happens. We could go on a 10 match winning streak, go up 2 places. Then draw and drop about 4.
