    It's turned into a full on competition at work. This week is over 40s category. We have to vote for each others entries...Got a reasonable Jose M photo, but need a really good one. I know I'm gonna be up against Brad Pit / George Clooney Type entries... It's Jose or Alan Fletch or maybe a Jude Law for me but I just can't find the right photo. I'm too competitive to lose! HELP!

    Good idea. Launched it last week as a Friday office thing .... gone thru the roof. Everyones friends want to be in it. I'm gonna get sacked at this rate!
