    Are they mad? Is he really worth that? I know he's done really well for England but £20m is a hell of a lot. Although I suppose if Ashley Young is £9m then it compares quite favourably.

    money well spent, but where is he gonna fit in?

    He's not young enough to be along term replacement for scholes and there's also Carrick.

    imagine if some one said............

    before world cup, that in january man utd are going to put a bid of 20m in for owen hargreaves

    he must be going to have a good World Cup then!
