Just heard from a lass who works behind one of the bars in the away end that there was some trouble with the Man Utd fans. the staff behind the bar were threatened and when the shutters were down they were broken.
Bottles and objects were thrown at staff and the staff had to lock themselves in the storeroom to protect themselves.

When the police finally got to them the bar was flooded, mony and food was taken and tills were broken.

Well they'll have made less than £150k in gate receipts anyway and in the grand scheme of things it isn't a lot for them to pay out in way of apology.

If they don't then barnsley should bill them for repairs, for loss of earnings while it was closed and ask for administrative costs. I'd soon get the bill up to a considerable sum

    If.....

..you are right, then I opologise. I have not seen the reports but, you have to admit someone from Liverpool doing a first post slagging of Manc fans has to raise the od eywbrow.
