Davey is taking a lot of stick at the moment (rightly so) but shouldn't much of the blame also fall on Howard as captain.

Conko , you know she meant

the tactics, its well know around here that Howard likes to play hoof ball, so he can look bad and never touch the ball.

So is the Captains job just to toss the coin at the start and decide which way to play? Thought there was more to it than that!

    Both for me..........

Davey is playing people out of place etc. but Howard is not a captain. He doesn't get behind the players and try to motivate them. The only time i see Howard talking to the players is when they have made a mistake and then he's on their backs, not encouraging them like a captain should

So go on then MPM you tell me what the role of the (Football) Captain is (other than standing in the centre circle, before kick off, with his opposition counterpart and the referee and calling heads or tails and deciding what to do if he wins the toss, yes they do do that in football) and tell me how Howard is fulfilling that role!
