Am i the only 1 who thinks this will be a good idea? Teams can still sack Managers at any time in the season but only appoint a manager whos out of work and only may appoint a manager whos in work during the window or cannot appoint a manager from a club at any time during the season only in Pre-Season but still may sack managers at any time and clubs get a Transfer Fee. I hope a rule like this is brought in one day it will help clubs like ourselfs keep their best asset THE MANAGER.

What is the difference between players and Managers/Coaches you would think they were the same in terms of them being sellable assets.

I certainly think it would be a good idea to have some kind of window similar to what we have for players. It would help smaller clubs by making sure good managers weren't poached.

i think they should put a chair in the middle of the room and make all the applicants walk round it to music and when the music stops whoever is sat in the chair gets the job. which seems to be the order of the last few apointments anyway.

I don't think the McClaren appointment was that scientific.

And i would include this with the England job they should not be able to appoint Harry no matter how much id love him to get the job i just think its unfair on spurs look at were they were when he took the job now they are a top 4 club hes got them their and now if he gets the job they start again from square 1. For me England should appoint a manager out of work till the end of season then Harry take over full time to which spurs then have the time for their new boss to bring his own squad in and if the Out of work manager does well for england get a job full time at a football club its a win win situation.
