Not necessarily A week after the January window closes, we can still make loan signings until the end of March. It would give any potential incoming manager a little room for scope.
I can't think of one who'd suit at present But that could be because of the wine I've drunk. Or because I'm not too bright.
1 One dimensional football
2 maybe
3 wouldn't get him
4 not in a million feckin' years. The Palace and Charlton fans I know agree
5 Are you kidding
6 Media Myth ...rather have Captain Pugwash
7 Ince.... now you are talking.... and I also think it would interest him
8 didn't cover himself in glory at his last job although he has done it in the past... cash might be the problem
9 will only go to a 'big' club if it's a championship side
10 cheque book manager
11 I like Pardew, but I'm not sure we could attract him
So to me it's Ince if he fancies it, or a punt on Mark Robbins..... or Davey
Only my opinion mind

I did suggest Ince for the job last week, he'd just been on Radio 5 saying how eager he was to get back into the game and he accepted that he may well go to a club lower down the leagues. Its not that long ago he was at Macclesfield and MK Dons and we're higher than them (at the moment anyway) and did a good job at both those clubs.
i'd like us to do like we did when we fetched allan clarke in, a player manager who played at the top. must be someone coming to end of there career in premiership who is worth a punt
