Manchester Uni concert hall

Anyone know how far it is from MEN Arena? Which is about my sole knowledge of getting anywhere in Manchester!

 

Manchester Uni as in the Academy?

If you come out of the MEN arena and walk back to Picadilly Gardens and the main bus station, you can get the number 42 bus (about 1 every 3 minutes) to the Academy.

It's too far / complicated to walk.

If you're going to a gig and want to get from Manchester Victoria (where the MEN is) you'd prolly just be better going to Manch Pic or Oxford Road...

 

Thinking of getting tickets for Funeral For A Friend, just says Manchester University - I'd be driving but probably park near the Arena as I know how to get there...unless it's easy to drive and easy/safe to park at the Uni.

 

I'm gonna that gig with a few mates, where are you heading from?

Best option if you want to park at the MEN would be going from there to Piccadilly gardens and getting the bus down.
