Give the lad a chance and some backing. Made a couple of mistakes but he was a little unlucky with the goal to be fair. I wasn't happy at the time but though he probably could have caught it, he was a tad unfortunate that it ended up as a goal. Thought he responded well and showed good hands a number of times after that. Good luck on Saturday Vito.
Agreed. I seem to remember Ross Turnbull's first act as a Red was to fish the ball out of the net after he let a first minute pot-shot through his body. Didn't make him a bad keeper!
