    Understandable. They've got potential, due their fanbase, but they're a joke of a club under Cellino. Good luck to him, anyway.

    Could really bite him on his arse.

    Leeds are a bigger club that us, no denying that but they are ran horrendously and no matter how many different board members they appoint, with Cellino being involved, they'll inevitably fail.

    He could find himself in a not very long time sitting at home just after leaving Elland Road because Cellino has another master plan thinking what could have been at Oakwell.

    What shocking timing, with contracts, discussions with agents ongoing etc, I'm sure Ben would he be the focal point for players and agents and recruitment.

    On paper it looks like a good move for him, but in reality he must be off his head to take a job working for that nutter. Hope im wrong for his sake, but can't see his long term employment prospects being much cop!

    Hopefully Patrick and Maurice will get their heads together to find a decent replacement.

    oh i don't know. he's only 1 man. patrick is the spirit of the club. watkins has forgotten more than ben knows and hecky is barnsley through and through. we'll be fine

    ...just to add, hopefully he had a sort of "No Compete" clause in his contract that stops him being able to return and poach the clubs staff(im thinking Linton, who has done a fantastic job at selling off everything at the club to sponsors). Not sure it would apply to players though...
