If Chelsea came in for Marc Richards Im sure he would be asking to leave.

I personally would keep Marc Richards over Nardi any day of the week and I do like his attitude but he is contracted to BFC so he should display the right attitude.
Nardi on the other hand has ability but has missed more chances than he has scored this season and doesnt have the right sort of attitude.

In the context that Richards has been used as a makeweight in a deal to get a player in who's never laiked above Dearne League 2 standard who then gave us a fck off tablet, I'd say Richards is behaving well above the standards some others may show.</p>

Managing people is tricky, not everyone can do it, irrespective of qualifications on paper.</p>

Not comparing his chances ratio, just he missed 3 against MK Dons 2 at Wednesday. He isnt as good as some people suggest IMHO.

Richards has also missed some chances ie Cardiff at home, Derby away etc but he has scored 6 goals compared to Nardis 2.

We offered straight cash for Constantine. They wouldnt deal without Richards. We had already turned down a bid from Carlisle for Richards the previous week, cos we didnt want to sell him.
