Not good news. I think another central defender is essential now.

Very bad news. Should definitely be trying to get Hamer in before the weekend, although I reckon he'll cost us in the region of £500k. Not sure how feasible that is until we sell someone, although it's still surely more feasible than continuing as we are. What happens if MDG or Earl pick up knocks on Saturday?

Probably bring Richard Keogh in before signing someone.

Call that 4 in my estimation
That's if his rehab goes to plan

Admittedly I'm not privy to any inside information and don't know Robo personally
I'm just going on his age healing process and the nature of his injury
sounds like its more of a tear that a stretch injury.
Question is will he recover fully in time for Christmas
Makes the moving on of certain players paramount for us to be able to get some new bodies in
Possibly a sale or two included in the movement out
Case of watch this space to see what happens now. Don't you think

Big loss but at 35 and suffered muscle injuries last season which kept him out it was always likely.
