Anyone get the feeling we might have missed out on this one.

Would be a shame from what we have heard about him, but if if it's true, there may be plenty of other clubs after him.

    Hayes + 150k

    Deal or no Deal?

Seriously though, he sounds exactly what we want in for me what is our 2nd greatest area of weakness.

Scunny will struggle next season if they lose Sharp & Williams. They have lost another player to the pigs today.

From speaking to a lot of their fans, if we pay £500k for him, they reckon we'd at least double our money if we sold him on a year or two later.

He is a very good player

can we afford him though?? I doubt it.

Whether we can afford him or not I dont know. I suppose it depends if we have any pace lined up at centre half to make up for the weakneses at full back.

Perhaps we do have some money - who would have thought we'ld have blown 600k on two strikers this summer? Last years spend thrift may be paying dividends!!

We will probably get quite a portion of 500k for Hayes & Williams and maybe a swap deal is on the cards??

manager has denied any interest in Robbie.

I reckon we should get about £300k in total for Hayes and Robbie...... maybe we could find half a million??

We will certainly need a pacy full back if we sign Lucketti.

    Thats abart what I thought

200k for Hayes, 100k for Robbie?

I would start to believe we could sustain mid table if we get Williams, GK & a qulaity CH.

That German keeper playing for Lillestrom is very good according to a lad I know at Uni who follows Norwegian football, rates him very highly. Obviously he could, in reality, know very little.

    hmm

    sounds promising.

At 6'4" he should be able to command the area and offer good competition for Colgan.

    I reckon

    about 150k a piece??

You're spot on with the areas we need to strengthen. A QUALITY centre half is a must.

But we also need a left winger....preferably one who can cross the ball.

    agreed.

Ferenczi will thrive on good service from the wings & both Odejayi & Mostto appear to be good in the air.

I was just rying to be realistic since it seems we will have to fork out large 6 figure sums for decent players.

Hopefully we can reinforce the key positions with 1 or 2 young talents on season long loans from the prem if need be.

    RE: agreed.

Don't see why they don't just do a swap deal. Say £200k and Robbie. Would be a good deal for Scunny imo.
