    Isn't he a Preston fan.If that was only game of season he watched who could blame him. He's probably astounded we don't lose every week on that basis

    Didn't he also predict us to lose at crewe ?

    He could well be right about tomorrow (personally i think we will win) but it doesn't detract from the fact he's a bellend.

    Not really a surprise. Pompey on a great run near top of L1 and we’re in poor form near bottom of league above.
    Reckon most pundits would make Pompey favourites, especially with them being at home and our shocking away record.
    He’s still a knob tho....

    No poor was when we didnt win a game for like 11 games with stendal..... Strubers come in and at least got a few wins and draws and steadied the ship.

    Lawrenson has never recovered from his appearance in the Liverpool team which totally failed to beat Barnsley in the League Cup quarter final on Jan 19th 1982 at Anfield.
    Must have spoiled his career, the Kings of Europe unable to beat a 3rd division club, backed by 17,000 Reds supporters

    He's hated us ever since :D

    a cup run just gives us more Tuesday night league games, we really don’t need any of those the way we prepare for them.

    I hope he’s right.

    A cup run is the last thing we need. It just rearranges more Saturday league games.

    If we have many more Tuesday night games we’ll be down with barely a whimper.
