Totally agree, not afraid to chop and change ....... .... and leave players out who have not performed, even in just one game, I suspect the side will settle down a bit when he gets to know who does what best, in what position .... he's made a helluva difference though in a very short space of time, and seems to learn very quickly
RE: Totally agree, not afraid to chop and change ....... Best attacking football we have played in ages. Great to see the fans leaving the ground happy again.
And we've even got quality in every position even on the bench with the likes of Gray, Bogdanovic, JCR, J.Gray, 4 decent players, all been kept out of the team, even the bench is looking strong now.
RE: And we've even got quality in every position ...and already realised that El Hamsandwich (oh the irony) has never been a footballer nevermind a left back!
If Davey were stil manager We might have got another win and a draw in the league by now. But the dfference for me, other than I'm being entertained is the expectation. Had Davey been in charge I would defineatly hvae not gone to the Burnley match. But I am excited about football again. So I did. Last night given that two mates cried off and the third couldn't even make a pint before hand I might have chosen to do other things, but I didn't - I wanted to watch football again. Long may this feeling continue. I'm still not that bothered whether we win or lose,( and I guess the fact we have broken down fortress oakwell is helping)_ but I'm really enjoying watching football again for a change.
Might be cos we have a decent manager at last .... ..... pity it wasn't from May '09 or even better still, before that
