...... realising something in 40 mins that Davey couldn't see in almost 3 years, that Odejayi is rubbish.

Thank you for having the balls to change the team and the tactics as and when required.
Thank you for not leaning on the dugout with your arms folded with a clueless expression on your face.
Thank you for standing in the technical area giving praise and bollockings for 90 mins as and when required.
Thank you for getting the players to show some real effort and commitment.
Thank you for playing the players in their proper positions.
Thank you for not spouting meaningless cliches in the press conferences before and after games.
Thank you for giving us an away performance to be proud of.
Thank you for not coming over to the fans for the applause when we win and/or skulking down the tunnel when we lose ......

But above all, thank you for making me look forward to the next match again, because I had forgot what that felt like.

    You reds, onwards and upwards

100% correct, l was going to write a similar post...

he reminds me of McCarthy in his interviews, if were rubbish he says it, none of this positives to be taken rubbish. I'll be surprised if Oddjob and El Hamouir will ever play for the club again. Only Davey didnt see how terrible they were.

Oddjob going to Colchester for 1 month.

Pity it's not longer but hopefully they'll take him off our hands permanently in January.

No mate, some sports centre next to the ground ....

..... it wasn't a perfect performance, still shakey at the back at times, especially Kozluk first half, but chuffing hell, what a refreshing change to see some effort, commitment and some skill, good football at times and good goals, I really had forgot what it was like to go to a match and actually enjoy it until last night

Very, very early days but I like what I see from this guy, got so much more about him than Davey, and that's apparent already

Problem is with loans, they see what they are getting ...

... hence his return from Scnuthorpe last season after just one month
