Article init very critical of chron. Says he didnt agree with picture of him in last week. Very dissapointed with lack of coverage about Lazarus (Where as his paper has covered him since there first issue) and the fact that the letter about fan complaining about kid not getting in for free got more coverage. Is this the start of a week by week slanging match i wonder????
Nope. He states that he simply offered to help because he knew they would be over run with press and enquiries at Oakwell. And they took him up on the offer of help. The plot thickens!!!
I found out, when I was working with the children on the BFC film that the Sports Editorial team mostly support Huddersfield Town!
50,000 copies versus 500 copies, DIng Ding......Round 4 I heard Mark Stokes was very upset with the Chron BLESS
Editorial team at Chron. Not necessarily the Sports Team, just Editorial in general. I don't know how true it is but looking at what is written and the letters published, it gets you thinking about where their loyalties truly lie.
Mark seems a little confused The Chronicle is a newspaper for all of Barnsley. It's not the mouthpiece of BFC.
Where else would that fan complaining about the kids admission have got his voice heard ? (Without paying membership subscriptions)
If it's all the same to you Mark, we'll have whatever opinions we want.

the "story" itself was a non-story.............. can I have a free child's ticket with my adult match day ticket?
sorry-the advertised deal is only for season tickets
that's not fair-I'm going to write to the Chronicle
