    Does anyone know the original song for the Marley Watkins song where one of the lines is 'fast as lightning. Cant work out the words but the tune is buggimg me too.Thanks

    My lad asked me if I knew the s**t tune they were singing to....I thought it was one of Manfred Mann's Earth Band's s**t tunes , I'd forgotten it was one of Supertramps s**t tunes .

    The only Marley Watkins song that I can remember is the one to the tune of 'Don't you want me' by The Human League.

    Obviously the fans changed the words of the Supertramp song to make it fit. Otherwise thy'd have just been singing a Supertramp song. :)

    I get that but I just cannot remember hearing it being sung so I can't get the word to fit with the tune but I know how inventive our fans can sometimes be. As I said further down the only Marley song I can remember hearing is to the Human League tune.
