Not seen much posted on here about him, but I thought he was outstanding last night. He always gave us an option going forward, very impressed.

I've been impressed all season. Very hard worker and rarely wastes a ball. But I have watched him closely and he has been involved in the majority of our goals, both pens at S****horpe, Winnalls and Nyatangas at Millwall, scored yesterday, crossed for the Winnall goal etc. plus he works to support in defence too where he has made a few crucial clearances.

He reminds me of Winnall in terms of his movement. Hopefully he can become as successful and popular

Unsung hero, iv been critical of him over the last couple of weeks, but last nights performance showed us what he's all about. Nothing fancy, hard worker, does the basics, and can pick out a pass.

Not only that, his defensive work tracking back was sterling.

Agree with all that, but one thing I have noticed is the lad looks spent after 75 mins.

I was only commenting I think at the Burton game, how much energy he still seem to have at the games tail end. I like his energy. However I've no probs with a player working hard and feeling it late on at this stage of the season.

In all fairness to the lad, he appeared to pick up an injury. His movement then appeared to be somewhat restricted, so personally I'd cut him some slack as his performance last night was top notch.

It aint a criticism, the lad works hard, but we hed another player in the past who only managed 70 odd minutes before he were running on empty , was it Butterfield? cant remember reight off hand. Midfielder any ruad.

Jeezus, cut him some slack, made an observation about what I`ve seen from him so far and seen it in others in the past, it dunt mean I dont rate him or think he played *****, more that I thought the manager may have taken him off for his own good, He did get a knock last night but the same happened in the other 2 games in my opinion and others mentioned it on Saturday.

Agree. I've been undecided on him so far but thought he was outstanding last night. If he takes that into our league games then I for one will welcome it. Great performance.

I'm a little puzzled at your post. I, too, believed he appeared less effective towards the end of last night's match, but thought it may be down to the knock he seemed to take. That's why I said "personally I'd cut him some slack". As for the other games so far, I don't know whether he's needing a little bit of time to adjust to the pace of the game here, or whether it's simply a case of finding his feet.

Soz Lil read that wrong, but I`m not cutting him any slack cos there aint any to cut IMO, The manager could have done him a favour and replaced him.
