Got his subs absolutely bang on today. Was about to bring Ryan Williams on at 2-0 but abandoned it when they pulled onone back. Fletcher came on at the right time, got at their defence and set up the killer goal with practically his first touch. It was apparent that Rochdale struggle from balls in the box, so bringing Roberts on to fling those massive thow in's in, kept the pressure on them when they should have been pressing.
