Pretty good that. Thought it was a game of few chances, you took two of yours and we only took one of ours. Very little difference overall and on another day with the same chances the result could have been the opposite. Good luck for the season.

Here are my suggestions (i'm no expert writer by the way)

As a reader who couldn't be there, it would be nice to hear more about the phases of the game when one or other side was on top - when pressure was building - also what about what the atmosphere was like, how it felt to be there. This would really add something extra to your report which is already a good factual account of what happened.
