I hope with the amount of publicity the whole incident has recieved that it'll go in his favour. Was it DS?
I think he'd be ok mate. Any lad who stood their ground against that scum, deserves a medal. If he did get a fine, I'd happily throw a few quid in. Hope the Aunty is ok.
Bull **** mate 28 Millwall fans and 3 Barnsley from what he got told Let him out after last train had left , had to sleep at King cross till 6 am this morning Don't want to put his name on here but he's from up dodworth Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
From what I saw I would expect that there were some normal fans drawn into the trouble because the Millwall head-cases left them with no choice. I hope the police see sense and his charges are dropped.
Sorry, mate, just the Met Police statement from last night. At 9.20 today they changed that to 15 arrests in total.
Can't see them having a case tbh , the Barnsley fans were clearly attacked with the Millwall fans breaking through the barriers , making self defense and self preservation an inevitable priority. If I were him , instead of the guilty for a quiete life plea I'd take it to the appeals courts and possibly further if necessary. Won't come to that IMO as the met/cps would drop the case like a hot tattie
