    He needs to focus on the players he's got, recognise their strengths, and play them in their correct positions!

    If he wants to bring in two or three more players, is that him admitting that the ones he's already brought in aren't good enough? Not being funny like but, our squad is pretty large now, we have new signings not getting a game, two or three players in some positions, do we need yet more? Maybe, but I'd be enquiring just how many Flicker wants to sign before he feels he's got enough to find eleven decent ones.
