I think this is the only way we were likely to get Mattis out of the starting line up tomorrow. I actually feel more optimistic about the game knowing that Davey can't pick him.

Not surprised Hayes has Flu. He was in short sleeves signing autographs saturday morning at Oakwell. Bloody cold it was.

I don't think they'd be this deceptive about it, but it is a blessing in disguise.

I had an awful feeling he'd have been booed as his name was announced before kick-off, and it would've started everything off in the wrong atmosphere.

I think there's more chance of the crowd getting behind the team if Mattis is nowhere near the squad at present.
