He's a sensible lad and he knows he's under contract. This club is all about people progressing and we'll always give people the opportunity and the chance. "We're a very youthful club and I want to see everyone go on and play at a higher level. Barnsley have made a derisory offer and MK Dons have made their offer. He's one of the best players in the division so it's no surprise that other clubs are starting to take notice of that."Dwayne's turned down the contract we've offered him. We certainly won't stand in his way but it's not my decision, it's the directors', and the deal has to be right for the club as well." On the subject of his own extended deal, Casper added: "It should be done within three or four days but it's not a priority."

In The Daily Star Today Though........ it said after having a 250,000 bid for him turned down we have now bid 300,000 for him and that's also been turned down.
RE: In The Daily Star Today Though........ Hope we stop at that bid, if it is true.
League 2 player, out of contract in summer and not exactly attracting loads of other clubs.

Its gone up a bit from the Bury site £25,000 to £250,000. Are we really offering quart a mil for him ?????????????
