Or maybe he got lucky ..... but I thought Mifsud should have come off & Macken & Boggy gone up front.

    Hammills cross was first class.

I missed that i was too busy shouting at Simple Simon after JCR picked the ball up again on our 18 yard line

    You know me quite well

But I can't believe the absolute utter negative ***** I read on here tonight.

Even before the game, people were saying "I'm dreading tonight". If that's how you feel, don't f***ing go then.

We were equal to and better than a team in 2nd place - at this stage of the season they don't get there by luck, they have earned it. We went ahead and should have had a pen. They did nowt apart from set pieces, one of which they scored from.

I went tonight and enjoyed the game, we played well, and should have won. We were a tad unlucky. But before the game a point would have sufficed for most of us I'm sure.

No doubt I'll get some stick but I thought we did OK and can't believe what some people on here find to moan about.

    One question

Did something happen in the pub?

I'm sure you were happy when I last saw you.

Anyway, I agree, I'm pretty happy with a point & those negative so-and so s should stay home.

Onto more pressing things, What's a Night watchman for and what does BCF stand for?

I was happy until I came on here

The only thing that happened in the pub is that I over did it slightly with the ordering. Then when I got home I turned this on and expected to see mostly positive stuff, saw folk moaning yet again, and lost it. Sorry. Can't deal with folk moaning tonight, we played well and were a bit unlucky.

BCF stands for Beer, lovely person*y, Football and I have answered your nightwatchman question in another thread.

    Thanks

I expected more stick for that post, it is unlike me as you well know (pint)

There is a world of difference between "apprehensive" and "dreading" in my opinion. I was a little apprehensive myself because of their league position but I felt positive before the game as we seem to play better against the so-called better teams.

I expect us to win every game. There is no point in going on the field if we do not expect to win. I also expect us to be awarded penalties when one of our players is hacked down 5 yards from the referee in the box, but there you go.

    We were, you are right...

It's a shame that SD did not show the same belief. Brum were **** in all honesty and we could have got 2-0 up with a little more adventure and belief.

    I agree entirely.

Expected a 2-0 defeat, got a point which I would have settled for before the game and were the better side. Saturday and Tuesday are the crucial ones for me, particularly Saturday, minimum 4 points required... preferably 3 from Blackpool.

Don't go winding him up again now. He'll take off back to Germany.
