Av you seen it? Look at the Charlton fans in the background - a snap shot of anguish. McCanns face is classic. He knows hes missed it. Gutted.

To be fair to Grant, that wasn't an easy chance. Whoever said that was a sitter needs to re-evaluate, it wasn't.

Agree. I've seen it on the Virgin Hilights. You can only say it's a sitter if you're sitting back watching a re-run. In the split second of time with defenders around you and all to play for, very, very hard.

It might not have been a sitter but he really should have got his shot on target.

Would you have scored it then?

He should have scored Tina, or at least tested the keeper. I still don't know how he hit it that far wide!

He was under pressure, maybe that just had a lil something to do with it?

End of the day, we got a point, which I'm more than happy with.

That's more what I was thinking. So much to play for and under pressure.

That's how it works is it?

We're talking about a professional footballer. He was six yards out. He should have got it on target.

Grant Knows He Should Have Scored.......

and I agree. It should have at least been on target. Imagine if he had missed that at 1-0 down. This board would have been asking for his ass.

    It's probably only you...

    Who wants his "ass"

You shouldn't try so hard to be American.

although he probably wouldn't have scored his not being played thousands of pounds a week to play professional football, I'm not saying it was an easy chance but from there he should have tested the keeper, unless you get a shot on target you can obviously never score.

Christensen could have made more of an effort to get to the ball too

but , it was a great result and at the end of the day, we did not lose.
