McCann To Sign Till End Of 2008-2009 Season

The 26-year-old has been on loan at Oakwell from Cheltenham Town since last month and marked his debut for the club with the winning goal against Ipswich. </p>

And he is set to sign a contract until the end of the 2008-09 season. </p>

McCann, who has also played for West Ham, Livingston and Notts County, hopes the move will help him add to his 11 caps for Northern Ireland. </p>

Two Barnsley players, meanwhile, are to leave the club with Michael McIndoe set to make his loan spell at Wolves permanent and Scottish winger Anthony McParland to join League Two club Wycombe on loan.
