Championship side Wolves have appointed former Sunderland manager Mick McCarthy as their new boss. The 47-year-old will take over from caretaker-manager Stuart Gray on Monday when he will be officially unveiled. "I'm delighted to be joining Wolves," McCarthy told the club's website. "There is a big job to do at Molineux and I'm relishing the challenge. "I can't wait to get to work. With two weeks to go to the new season there is lots to do and it'll be a busy time."
the mans got to work i guess. best job offer he has had and taken it. still like to see them have a ***** season like. my continued hatred of wolves stems from having a mate who is a wolves fan.
Still deserves respect for what he did as a player for Barnsley. Deserves a good reception when they come.
I don't like Wolves, but why shouldn't Mc Carthey take the job ? He hasn't got one at the moment and we don't need a manager.
