100% correct

    a terrible choice

did martin o'neill actually turn the job down. fair play if he did but if he didn't then shame on the FA. Huddink or O'Neill are 100 times better than McClaren. He has achieved very little with a lot of money at his disposal. I was willing to give him a bit of a chance but the toss he's served up so far ....ffs

RE: what worries me is that they are going to stick

They'll let him ruin another tournament, then wait until they can find something off the pitch to sack him for to avoid the embarressment of admitting they made another wrong decision.

This time someone at the FA should go.

    FFS.

    Agree, they won;t sack him.
We are still paying Sven £13 Grand a day until he gets another job!

    Chef Tyke....

that is why i appreciate you. Mclaren should never have got the job and did only on his nationality. Sven may not have been perfect but he's better than Mclaren and done much more. And nobody can tell me Richardson for starters should be in the squad before Becks.

EXACTLY - Thats why Cloughie never got the job, even though he was a proven genius.

    The F.A. are a bunch of f.u.c.k.e.r.s.

Not his fault he's out of his depth

Most people get promoted beyond their talent if they are ambitious. FA's fault.

But overall, I blame the players - they look uninterested.

Well, what I would do is let them choose. No pay for a week for international fixtures (from their clubs). They either play for England for nowt, losing their club salaries, or opt out.

Might help, cos I reckon half the ******* would dip out, and the replacements would play with passion.

    sorry but playing

Gary "I cant run" Neville and Ashley "I cant defend" Cole as wing backs is clearly the fault of Maclaren.

Experimental formation, away against the strongest team in our group, stupidity.

Experimenting with formations in a qualifier away from home against arguably the strongest team in the group is suicidal.

    Thats what friendlies are for.

    Totally agree

McClaren - out of his depth - you wouldn't play either Croatia or Russia away with an untried formation. Culpable. Promoted beyond his talent.

Players - **** - even our 5 a side team shows more passion and adaptability and we're awful and unfit. They are the main culprits. Can't even pass to one another in a contintental-type game without alot of pressing.

Why didn't Robinson press down the divot, any of the England cricketers would have - professionalism.
