Have got security on in the car park, opened at 11 o’clock apparently....security tho....for a burger and fries????
I'll be honest I wish the one next door to my office had security to turn people away. Opened on Tuesday and after 11 there isn't any chance of access to the office, the queue's are horrendous. Joke really, I mean why do people feel the need for a McDonalds so much?
I guess the concern is that there will be queues forming on the surrounding busy roads? Looking at photos of McD's which have opened recently it shows there have been problems with blocked roads. o/t a bit - I hadn't realise McD's did home deliveries - becoming increasingly popular. and to poster 'thetykester' I'd say join me at Mcd's for their superb porridge and bacon one morning and you'll realise it's not all 'shy**' ………...I might even pay for it!
Following a home delivery, do the diners throw the rubbish in the street outside their house I wonder?
I probably worded it wrong...I should have said that i can’t believe that some folk are so desperate for a burger and fries that mcds feel the need to employ security to police it,
Took the wife to Morrisons & the roads at McD's were clear, just looked on Google maps & it looks chocker now.
they have had to put signs up all over stairfoot roundabout telling folk not to queue for McDs on roundabout or on the exit in preparation for that re opening. Not that it will stop them when it does open. cannot understand why people would want to queue for it. I mean dont get me wrong I love a big mac every now and then but its pretty average grub at best. saw on social media when first ones re opened two people did a 7 hour round trip to get some......
looks like Maccies is open at Cortonwood as well! Absolute scrubbers!!! where do they think the rubbish goes? This really does piss me off. Shut them back up!
I had some neighbours who’ve thankfully moved now. They'd go to the car parked outside their own house quite regularly and throw McDonalds wrappers out of the car onto the street before driving off! I couldn’t quite believe they were that much of a set of *****. It stopped when I posted it all through their letterbox!
there's a large Pepsi vending machine on Hermit Lane (Gawber to Higham) and on the top of Dodworth Muck Stack a fridge and 100's of empty wine/beer/spirit glass bottles - clearly been a party of sorts there - many bottles smashed - not safe for any wild animals around. (done my civic duty and reported it to BMBC)
They should print the reg of the car on the maccies bag as they go through the drive through. It would be much easier to prosecute them.
I agree it’s disgusting . You’d think in this day and age with technology that they’d be able to print something up on the bar codes or summat that has they’re car reg or some sort of purchase details to trace them .
Too many people generally think rubbish is someone else’s problem and don’t see the damage they are doing. I challenge anyone in here to walk 10 yds and not spot any litter or drive for 10 seconds without seeing a piece of litter, it’s pretty much impossible.... The town is disgusting.
