Ex-Barnsley midfielder Stephen McPhail is hoping his second return to the club since leaving will be as enjoyable as the first, where they won 2-1 on the opening day of last season. "I was surprised that they stayed up but they did well and they've made a good start to this season so it's going to be a tough test up there," said McPhail. "But we're quietly confident of going up there and getting a win."
Bring it on. Souza and the guys will keep out Fowler, McCann will bag another couple from 30 yards and McPhail will be eating his words!
Naughty McPhail Fancy him saying he was surprised we stayed up. He should be shooted down for saying it, just like the mass amount of our own fans that will agree with him.
Who the **** does he think he is? ........ ....... posing crab of a midfielder who is no better than a mid table Championship standard who excels in the 5 yard square ball to somebody who is marked, and he did very little for us, in my opinion ......... he can get ready tomorrow the scummy Leeds ******
Do you know what surprises me? How many people on this board can now see how poor a player he was/is but always thought he was a world beater when he played for us. My opinion never changed, once a ****** always a ******.
