McParland for Shuker tomorrow?

Shuker is a good player but he has been playing badly for the last few months. McParland and Devaney down the wings should cause some problems.
Might give Shuker a kick up the arse as well now there is some competition for his place.

how anyone can knock Shukes for effort i'll never know!

He gives 110% every week. Ok so hes had a loss of form lately but dont forget hes got that suspension looming round his head and hes almost an ever present.

Agree..Shuker is in a comfort zone at the moment

    Needs a wake up call.

I am a fan but he needs to know his place is not guaranteed.

His crossing needs lots of work.

You are confusing effort with the fact he is small so looks like he runs more.

    Shuker was diabolical on Tuesday

he absolutely MUST be dropped on Saturday, and if not, more fool Ritchie. he's done great getting us where we are, but if we spunk it from here, he'll be on his arse again.

'if we spunk it from here he'll be on his arse again'

The answer to that is you cant knock him for effort

but at the moment he is not producing and should be rested

    McParland isn't "injured"

Ritchie just doesn't think he's quite match fit enough to throw in for a start on Saturday. He's barely played a first team game in his career.
