Lets Not Boo Him Either We had a player with premiership, international and Champions League experience at us for two years. He captained us to promotion and was only here two seasons. I don't blame him for going to a capital city of another country, for more money, better chance of playing in the premiership and the chance to play in front of more fans. My seat on Sunday is down by the corner flag and I just know people will stupidly hurl abuse at him, when he takes a corner, which will only make him even more determined to put one over on us.
RE: Lets Not Boo Him Either Erm Paul Reid captained us to promotion. He was a spinless fooker and went missing when the games got scrappy. Donny knew how to deal with him & we need to do the same. Im on the top tier but you can bet your B*ll*cks ill be booing the spineless lovely person
True Fella We were lucky to have someone of his background, play for two years with us in division three. This is what I don't get......... Mcphail: No links to Barnsley, left when he got us up and is called a greedy Barsteward. Morgan: Barnsley fan, left to join our local rivals when we went down and people say he did right thinking of his family and having an income etc. Sadly I don't think we will ever see the day that Stephen gets the respect he deserves, for the part he played in us having championship football to this day
RE: True Fella McPhail was 1 of the reasons Peter Risdale nearly killed this club by paying him obscene wages and he rarely gave 80%. Morgan was a Barnsley lad who left to help the club out & always gave 110%
RE: what doncaster did to him was completly wrong Put him out of the game within 2 minutes because regardless of my opinion he his a good player and Donny knew that he could have been a key player if he was up for it
Bu doncaster deliberatly attempted to cause him injury, regardless of the situation that should never happen on a football pitch and should never be considered the right thing to do
at notts forest away the year we went up is one performance that sticks out from him that was apsolutley a diffrent league on the day, the team also on the day. Forest couldent get the ball off us!!
Granted when he wanted to play he could have played in slippers. But like my opinion of Nardiello it wont change of McFailure
"I don't blame him for going to a capital city of another country! Bloody hell, you make it sound like he moved to Paris or Rome! Hopefully the going will get tough for him on Sunday and he'll perform his usual magic act of disappearing from the game!
There is no need to injure him - just get someone to stop him playing the ball on his left foot, force him to use his right and all the balls from him will go backwards or shot passes to the right. Could be a nice job for Hassel
