rang up to reply but too late.. no way was we outnumbered by away fans at Oakwell last season, or any other, for that matter, in my memory of watching them regularly since 1974. He was a complete pr'ck who just pulled figures out of thin air. The one point he did have was that they deserve bigger crowds. However, there are other considerations such as finance. which he never mentioned. Lest we forget, the promotion season to the Prem. started with crowds of around 6000, and the rest as they say is History. The Barnsley public will support a successful team, That I'm confident of.
