    Megson, although not my long term choice, is the only recognised Manager who will get us out of the mess we find ourselves in. Offer him a 6 month contract and a big bonus if we stay up.

    Is there any point in just staying up. The new manager's remit may be to prepare for next season in Div 1. This may entail a flash sale.

    He is one of a few who could do the job. The good thing about Megson and his pedigree is that if we get relegated, of which I think we will, he would do a fantastic job with us next season.

    If the remit is to already prepare for Lague 1 then the club should announce it, in order to prevent hard working people wasting their money by turning up.

    Not that I think for 1 minute that the club sees any benefit in being relegated. It's just stupidity to think that way.
