Mellis hasn't changed has he - two or three passes early on then disappeared

    It was incredible. He came on to a cacophony of boos and got it each time he touched the ball.

    I wonder if this hurt his feelings a bit because after five minutes he was finished. Don't recall him getting near the ball again. Pretty much how he was for us in most games then. What a waste of talent.

    I think the only time he touched the ball after the first 5 minutes was when he almost but the ball into the East Stand when he tried giving to Nyatanga to take a throw in

    I think he did it on a purpose so he didn't get booed, he wanted the last laugh lol

    He doesn't deserve to be making a good living from football. I'm just glad that we're no longer wasting a penny on him.

    He had those couple of touches and then Nyatanga pulled Scowen over for a quick word. Scowen was clearly giving Mellis a bit of verbals shortly after and stayed tight on him for about the next 5-10 mins. Mellis packed in bothering shortly after as per.
