    The need for stability is not a reason to keep the wrong man in a job.

    His record over 999 games is decent. His record over the last 40-odd is appalling. It's that record which is more relevant at the moment.

    It's a possibility, and that's what is disgusting me at the minute, the fact that it is very possible that we may go down, at this stage of the season. We should be doing a lot better with the squad we have at our disposal.
