    i am only go on the fact that everytime a black man is killed by a white man it is straight away racially motivated so why shouldnt we think the same when a white man is killed by a black man??

    eh? No way is every murder of a white by black/asian classed as racist.

    The murder of the lad in Liverpool was preceded by him being racially abused, hence the presumption it was a racist killing.

    There's no evidence of that at all for the bus murder.

    is it automatically assumed. It's only assumed when there is evidence of racial motivation

    the only reason that the black on white 'chip' murder in london is classed as racist now is because the mcpherson (sp?) report was flawed. the bnp have exploited this flaw to their own advantage.

    ie, the report says that if ANYBODY thinks something is a racist incident then regardless of facts it HAS to be treated as racist. the bnp know this and so they have made a wild claim thaty it was racist without there being any facts.
    an example of how ludicrous the report was is that i could go to oakwell on saturday and claim that colgan being left out of the side is racist based on him being irish and under the guidelibes of the report it would have to be logged and investigated as a racist incident.
