    no one holds their position in midfield, full backs left exposed, no width... It may work for Chelsea and top sides but to complicated for these lads... Keep it simple, flat 4-4-2 hold positions, wingers cover fullbacks, disciplined, structured and play it simple.

    Lads look clueless out there

    We changed to it 4-2-3-1 and immediately got back into the game. We're much more suited to it.
