Jack O'Connell. We celebrated Derby's second goal together. Top lad. I bottled asking for a selfie because I wanted him to like me.
He won't. I'll be having a pint with him in the players lounge next time I go down. On him. A Hollywood pint, if you will. It beats slumming it with you basterds at Oakwell.
Hope the full stop after 'down' was deliberate...nothing worse than fawning over celebrities...that selfie would have been a laugh though!!
It's the first time I've been down there, you have to play family man at Xmas. I'll be back on familiar ground shortly. Hope you've had a good one pal.
Haha. It reads badly does that. But naew, I'm not a fawner. He genuinely is one of my favourite actors. I've mentioned it on here enough times. Him and Paddy Considine I find terrific to watch in anything they're in.
Weird this because they're two of my favourite actors two. Jack in starred up and '71 which I only watched the other night was/is brilliant. Also Paddy in Dead Mans Shoes was up there with the best part i've ever seen be played by anyone, anywhere.
Dead Mans Shoes is probably my favourite film. Classic. I remember watching Jack in Skins on channel 4 back in the day and thinking "this lad's way too good for this" and so I've loved the stuff he's made in films. Even as Bobby Charlton in that United docu-drama he was terrific. Great to meet him.
