Now closed and membership can be 'Frozen.'

Is it just a case of members instructing their bank to suspend the direct debit payment? Or do we have to contact the Metrodome first?

    thanks.
let us know what info you get.
I think the money comes out the bank account on the 1st of the month. (I pay £20 a month which I think is excellent.)

Been a member a long time!
Some years ago Metrodome had a scheme where NHS employees and a close relative could join for £20 a month each. I never go to the gym but go swimming - excellent value - and it's a brilliant venue.

It's a shame the saunas at gyms can't be used in some way, as a sauna session for 20 minutes at above 85 degrees celcious kills every virus that has ever existed. Would be easy to sanitise entry & exit, as they are all shut. Could charge a pretty penny for the service to make sure things were safe. You could have 4-6 people in at a time as they won't pass anything at that heat.

I do it 4-5 times a week. I had a hole in my heart, which is hereditary in our male line & used to get chronic bronchitis in the winter. Have not had any illness in the last 7 years. There is loads of research from Finland, where it is part of their culture, why people have massively less heart attacks & strokes. All double blind experiments to avoid the effects of diet, etc.
