RE: Educated guess. Thats in the past,a lot of clubs at our level at looking at him, expect him to move this summer.
RE: aye - he'd cost probs 350-400k What would you say to his current strike partner Karl Hawley? i heard that we were interested some time ago but IMHO i don't think we should go for him as he aint a proven goalscorer at this level
don't know much about him mate to be honest - not seen him play. i would like to see us sign shipperley personally if he is available that is..
RE: don't know much about him mate Ships would be great, i would love to see someone like Steve Howard from Luton i think he's a great striker(Y)
problem is with these lads - proven experience goalscorers - they command very high wages. which means we might have to take a bit of a gamble on someone. gutted we missed out on chopra - he would have been a superb signing and a very good asset to have methinks.
RE: problem is Yeah i was raging that we missed out on Chops!, but i think it's down to our club not taking a gamble as you say on paying a fair bit of money on a player lol
One of my mates is a Carlisle fan.. and said Bridges had no injuries at all after joining them, and scored 16 goals in 22 games.
