    Frank Lampard, they say form is temporary and class is permanent , unfortunately for Frankie his 18 months were of decent form has now come to an end and its back to the usual tripe he served up for the first part of his career.</p>

    downing's way of form, swp gets the games to get any form although with Gerrard and Lennon out there's no other chioce. Get Rio back in, play King in holding role.
