    Have to disagree, any player with five league titles is doing something right. As for Milner i honestly just dont get it, are we really that bad that a player who never plays first team football is in the squad and sometimes first team regardless.

    Plus hes bab.

    I prefer Milner.

    Phil Neville won countless titles, and Nicky Butt. They were still wannk for England, as is Carrick for England. The German/Spanish/Italian/Dutch/Brazilian/Argentinian midfield would run amok. Thank **** it's only Ireland.

    True but butt and p.nev werent integral parts really. Carricks near enough an ever present but each to there own. I think with better players and a better system around him hed look a lot better in the england colours but alas were full of also rans.

    Carrick's a good solid player but can't quite cut it a certain European / International level. His biggest asset for me is his consistency, never seems to have an off day.
