Josh from Red All Over is getting the opposition's view for each of our games this season. Interesting to hear a Cheltenham fan's view on our new head coach and how they have kicked on from losing him

'Kicked on' is an interesting choice of words given they surrendered a two goal lead at home to lose 3-2.

I like clubs like Cheltenham so hope they do continue to progress, but would probably be waiting a few months to see how the team are shaping up.

Ah. I took it as a direct quote from their supporter rather than you!

Town were my joint second team for the 20 odd years that I lived in Gloucester. I saw more of Gloucester City but it was always nice going to Whaddon Road as well. Even better on the rare occasions there was a Cotswolds derby match - usually tasty affairs and very well supported.
I remember Julian Alsop arriving from Swansea and going on to be their record scorer, often getting on the end of crosses from Martin Devaney.

We signed Devaney & Kayode from them - best moment was the winner v Chelsea that got us to Wembley v Cardiff. Good luck to them (except when they play us obviously). It’s a good watch!
