    And I for one don't believe he did anything bad to anyone.... I think he was a bit niave at times and left himself open to accusations from people but I don't think he abused anybody.

    A couple of weeks ago I read that it was a common trick of his to pull out of sold out concerts at the last minute due to ill health and then personally write a refund cheque to every punter, in the knowledge that only 1% would cash them, making him millions for doing nowt. Me and the missus have been waiting to see what his excuse would be and I must say that death is a pretty good one.

    God strike me down for saying this though, but I wouldn't believe it until I saw a body, and even then I'd be dubious!
