thanks for the great effort you have put in over the past few months. I know you have only been at the club abit. But you have made a great impression on our team. Don't listen to all the bad press people will give you. They would join a bigger company for more money if they had the chance too. I will watch you score a hat trick tonight against Sunderland, and look forward to us getting some good money for you. Some people moan for the sake of it. But these same people should remember that only yesterday they were loving you.
So who do we blame? Was it down to our poor league performance so far? If we'd been higher in the league with better results would he have stayed? Were we merely a stop-off in his plans anyway? Was he one of Ritchie's men and as such GS had no qualms about sacrificing him for a quick buclk or three? I'm confused and disappointed!
RE: So who do we blame? If he had something in his contract and wanted to go then the club were powerless to stop himto be fair. My main complaint about yesterday is once again, no defenders brought in.
By all accounts... he was AR's biggest critic and probably wanted away because of our league position
For what it's worth I reckon Barnsley did well to let him go. I think had you blocked his move you might have seen a different Macca, one who pulls the stops out in big games to showcase his talents, but can't be asked other times. If you've doubled your money then you've done great business. I did see him a few times at Oakwell and he did remind me of the old Macca before the spat at Donny with Penney, but my gut feeling was that he was using Barnsley as a stepping stone. For four months you've had good player who has scored goals given you at least 100k profit........it can't be that bad.
People need to understand the reasons behind him going there. Biased towards Barnsley aside. I think everyone knows why he's gone and cannot blame him.
Redstar........... FFS. He wanted OUT!!..........................again you say this WHERE AND WHEN HAVE YOU SEEN HIM SAY HE WANTED OUT BEFORE OUR DIRECTORS SOLD HIM Easy question......just point me in the direction of the newspaper article and when I've read it I'l come back to you and appologise In the mean time........stop spouting /poo /poo /poo
Tell me the newspaper article that says Andy Ritchie did not use his car at Oldham then... same situation. It's a rumour, it's information apparently from inside the club. I'm spouting ****? You're the one who change shis mind every fecking day!! If you read back previous interviews with McIndoe, he's made it quite clear that he wants to play as highly as possibel and was very ambitious. That to me makes the **** I am spouting credible and at least relevant. I mean Ritchie might have gone in someone else's fecking car.
